The staff are lovely, but the salon was super busy and they really overbooked which meant they weren’t giving a very good service.
My mani and pedi felt very rushed because they were running behind schedule.

Really terrible experience. Were half an hour late seeing me then the lady spent half the time on the till during my appointment and was quite rude. I had booked the full manicure shellac which is supposed to be a 45 minute appointment. Took all of 15 minutes doing my nails, no soak no cutting of cuticles not even any hand cream at the end. The place could also be cleaner. Do not recommend.
