No one answers the phone. I rang several times to say I'd hit train traffic and no one picked up. When I got there they were just letting the phone ring which was a bit jarring. My mani came out nice, and I would go back, but the customer service was really lacking, there was no music on or anything, and the station I was at looked like it'd not been cleaned. But I really liked my nails enough to suck it up and go back as I live so close.
