Wax was too hot at the start so took longer than usual. But staff was very attentive and professional!
Hollywood Waxing
I turned up and was left waiting for 10 minutes before being told that there had been a double booking and they couldn't do my treatment. I was told someone had tried to phone me once, but I had no missed calls, no texts or voicemails. Was offered an appointment later in the day but as I had already arranged someone to look after my 1 year old for the appointment I couldn't make a later appointment. Wasn't offered any discount for the inconvenience. Wouldn't go here again.
