To be very honest I didn't enjoy my experience all all. When I first walked in I was ignored by a lady called Emmi. I actually found her quite rude. I arrived for my appointment to be kept waiting 20 mins and my nail technician requested was with another customer. If I book an appointment I expect to be seen on time. Overall the nails look ok however I was underwhelmed with the neatness of them. In addition the shop definitely needs to be refurbished as it looks quite tired, the wooden flooring is falling apart. I don't think I will be returning for a follow up appointment.

Nice place if a little sparse - would benefit from a proper sound system. The girls were really nice but did forget about me towards the end when my nails were drying.
