First spray tan I've ever had and it was a great first experience! The lady that did my tan was friendly and knowledgable and put me at ease about any worries I had of colour and maintaining the tan. Would definitely go back.

The best part of the visit was the friendliness of the staff, they were very welcoming and very chatty which is great. Unfortunately there are a few things that would stop me going back in the future. Mainly, the fact that I am now 3 days post wax and the area is still extremely red, sensitive and sore, the therapist kept going over the same areas with wax, using both hot and strip, to get the last few hairs, what would have been much better would have been to use some tweezers and save my skin.
I have had countless hollywood waxes and I really feel that if you book a 'hot-wax' then absolutely no strip wax should be used because the therapist does not know if it's suitable for you. And vice versa. The quality of the wax seemed low and it was really painful at the time. The therapist waxed very large areas at once which wasn't nice.
I would suggest allowing 45 mins for the treatment, not 30. Having the room a bit cooler and taking time to do smaller areas and tweeze the last few. The salon needs. To be a little cleaner and tidier and I think this will help them.
I'm sure absolutely fine for non waxing treatments, but I can't say I will go back.
Hollywood Waxing
Place was not particularly clean and staff were loudly discussing business details, shouting over music. Not a relaxing experience at all. Plus if you book pay at venue you must use cash, which is not noting in the booking confirmations.
