My first impression was that the salon and especially the nail desk were quite scruffy. The desk itself had clearly not been cleaned properly (everything removed and disinfected) for some time. There were lots of stains, rust and even a previous customers’ eyelash which is absolutely not acceptable.
The nail technician was a friendly Vietnamese man but he could barely speak a word of English which made for a very silent and somewhat awkward salon experience.
The toilet was also scruffy and freezing cold.
My nails and the technique of the technician were actually very good but the overall salon experience was not. I go to a salon to get pampered, have a chat and to feel great afterwards. This salon did not live up to expectations.
