I had to wait ages for my appointment, then it was really rushed.
I feel like it should be cheaper for the service you get. Manicure wasn’t done properly (cuticles removed with drill only). And there’s a piece of fluff stuck in one of the nails. Been here a few times and it seems to get worse each time.

The lady who did my eyebrows kept answering her phone and running out the room to talk to her friend. The shape of the eyebrows was good but the tint is way too dark for my skin and hair. Before she did the tint I asked her to do it really light and she assured me she would. Let me leave the shop looking like I had two slugs on my face. The two desk ladies were lovely though.
