I booked an early same day appointment (approx. an hour after). At the time of booking, it appeared that there are several staff free however I was called and asked to go 20min later because there was another client at 11. I then had to wait another 15min before I had my treatment. The treatment itself was ok and the therapist was helpful though not overly friendly.

Staff were very friendly and also professional and the shop is really nice inside. I had acrylics removed and lots of time and care was taken to make sure it was done properly. Would definitely go back again
