The ombré nails are very good quality, however the white acrylic was too strong and you can see where it starts slightly. Overall very easy experience and nails are lovely.

Lovely staff, but had to wait for over 30 minutes. Eyelashes look nice lovely overall but had a few problems with the glue sticking to my bottom lashes during the process.

Slight confusion when I arrived at the salon as the treatments that I had selected and had on my confirmation email wasn’t what the salon had received. Jason did a really great job on my nails but the rest of the team seemed a little unprofessional but the salon was clean and tidy!

It was a bit mixed if I'm honest. The staff were very friendly and nice, the pedicure was a very good treatment too with the massage chair being a nice addition.
Cleanliness was an issue. I won't be returning on that score.
Organisation was a bit lax, if you're going to enable online bookings you need to have someone check, in good time, whether any last minutes have appeared and have the people who might be required in the Salon, arrive on opening or just not allow last minute bookings.
I had booked an eyebrow wax but as the wax technician was late arriving and had another appointment which overran as a result I got a threading instead after my pedicure. I was sat in a chair placed right facing the shop window for light and the threading was fast and a little rough if I'm honest compared to those I've had before with no relief gel or anything like that. The lady who did the threading also tried to get me to do my top lip which I never have before, maybe it needs it, I just don't think it's appropriate to start telling people what else they should have done when they've not chosen that treatment.
All in all I won't be revisiting this salon. It's disappointing because it could be so much better than it is with very minor changes.
