Jason excellent as usual. My only comment is that management should be more mindful of having a recepcionist on Sundays. The poor beauticians are left to fend for themselves.
I didn’t get a very good welcome, was told to sit down as a member of staff had a very loud conversation on loudspeaker with his family back home in the middle of the salon. My appointment was 18mins late and they said Treatwell was broken and didn’t know what I was there for.. eventually I was sent to the waxing room which had kids toys, dirty mugs in the sink and the previous customers rubbish still on the side. If I hadn’t of pre paid I would have left right away.. the therapist was nice but it was all a little too late. I really resent paying £40 for this appointment which was a frustrating and unpleasant experience from start to end.
