Appointment was running fifteen minutes late, when I asked for update on timing I was told to wait more and then sent downstairs whilst another treatment was still on going.
Repeatedly asked for a brow tint that matched my hair and was close to their current colour, each time I was told darker and I corrected saying I wanted medium.
Brows are ludicrously dark.
Before my appointment was over, the next person was sent downstairs
