The salon itself looks very pretty. Lovely colours and decor have been chosen to decorate the place so it does attract the eye. However, the pedicure treatment I received was not as great as the look of the salon. The treatment was not thorough. I still had lots of dry/unscrubbed skin on my foot and there was still a lot of cuticle work that needed to be done around my toes. I did point this out to the person doing my pedicure. The person was polite and used the tools to clean around my toes again and this time there was a lot of gunk that came from it. I paid for this treatment and it was as if I had to guide most of the way through. I should have been able to relax in the massage chair trusting the person to do enough without my guidance. The experience felt similar to an Uber driving picking you up but the driver does not know how to use the sat nav so you as the passenger have to direct the driver becausr without your help the driver will be unable to get to your destination! I have had some top pedicures in the past at a similar price, and this is not one of them.
Furthermore, I question the cleanliness of the tools. They get the tools from the back of the shop so you don’t know if they have been sanitized! Plus they use a grater to scrub your foot! That is unhygenic as sometimes if a customer bleeds, the blood will go on the blade. I question how well they clean this. I saw them just dump the tools in my dirty pedicure water as a way of cleaning.
Apart from that the staff are lovely and as mentioned before, the shop does look nice. :-)
