The technician didn't, I feel, take enough care or listen to what I wanted. In the end I filed my nails into the shape I wanted (by this time they were very short). She was too 'flighty', doing everything at top speed. Two days later, parts of my nail are yellow. Not sure what that's all about. It has never happened before. All-in-all not a good experience.
