DON’T book facials here. I don’t usually write bad comments and I understand it’s a busy time but it was completely different from what was advertised. Deep cleaning facial? No “consultation” and an hour of continuous rubbing of various creams on the face without any deep cleansing or extraction or anything that was written on the app. I have done many facials in my life but this was no where near what I paid (£50!) without extraction you just add layers on top of your face. There was so much cream put on me that I’m still finding difficult to open my eyes!. Please make sure you advertise what you are offering so people don’t book the wrong treatment next time. This was merely a face massage with creams. Thanks
Hair-browns was ok but expensive and red signs mean it was pretty heavy handed.

Very friendly and skilled , inch of technicians. I had SNS nails done in a Christmas colour but regretted it the following day. They were very good and fitted me in to change the colour for me - teasing me all the while!
