I my was my birthday. I arrived on time for my booking, I was made to wait 30 minutes. There was no apology for the wait, I was made to feel unwelcome, rushed to choose a colour. I pre paid £35 for shellac, and had a chipped nail so asked for an extension. I saw someone getting a cat eye polish and it looked beautiful so I asked for the same. They were not clear as to how much the extra costs would be. I ended up paying £51! So I called to ask how much cat eye polish is and they told me £40..
