A man walked into the private room in the basement where my private treatment was taking place. Apparently the door was “locked” which clearly didn’t work. Awful experience and will Never return.

My nails are gorgeous, but I was misled. I booked & paid for polish in advance. When I got there, I was pushed to do gel and promised it would be at no extra cost. Of course at the end, I was charged for gel & told off for not booking that initially.
