My manicurist didn’t check my booking details (I booked an SNS manicure) and just started sanding down my nails and scraping my cuticles back with his THUMBNAIL - really gross! Then he took the base coat out to start painting my nails - I had to ask if I was actually getting the manicure I’d booked and paid for. He then started doing the manicure, but during it he cut one of my cuticles so it was bleeding until I got home, and was rough with several others which was painful. The end result looks ok, but all in all it wasn’t a good experience.

Don’t go anywhere else in east Dulwich for nails. These guys are hands down the best. Great service, lovely colour choices (always expanding) and they last for ages. They’re also such a lovely group of people. 10/10
