The artists are amazing - very good detail and the results last a long time. The customer service could be improved as sometimes they are particular about what they do to the nails and they like to always do different to last time and deter you from what you go in asking for. However the result is great and lasts a long time so would highly recommend.

A man walked into the private room in the basement where my private treatment was taking place. Apparently the door was “locked” which clearly didn’t work.

My nails are gorgeous, but I was misled. I booked & paid for polish in advance. When I got there, I was pushed to do gel and promised it would be at no extra cost. Of course at the end, I was charged for gel & told off for not booking that initially.
