The quality of work is really great. She took her time and ensured color and shape was perfect. On the other hand, I did find it pricey (£65) for BIAB removal and manicure. I had to wait over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was hoping for a good will gesture for making me wait. I rate the nails 5/5 but the proce/experience 3/5.
