The place is unhygienic, staff keeps talking in their own language amongst themselves while working on clients and I paid for a manicure which I did not have as I did not want my cuticles cut, staff advised me to not book that next time and it would cost less, they did not offer a refund or credit. My polish lasted 1 week! Absolutely outrageous!
