The nails themselves are great - the guy did a great job and I’m very happy. However I was literally 5 mins late and they gave my slot away to someone else, claimed I was 10+ mins late (which I wasn’t) and made me wait 30 mins. Not happy about that

Chaotic environment in the salon as walk-ins were accepted over people with appointments. Technician was very efficient but showed little interest in helping me match a particular colour.
