This is always a great set of treatments to have and especially from a learned and exceptional therapist. I have repeated by visits with Lynsey as I truly feel that she has a deep understanding to holistic treatments and is very unique in the products she provides. Its tailored to me and I benefit with these each time I have visited her. Self care is important and these treatments are a true reflection of this. Thank you :)

Lynsey has a very calming presence which helped me feel at ease. Both treatments were excellent and she took time to explain the process as well as what may be helpful to me going forward. I would highly recommend.

I had a massage and some reiki with Lyndsey following a seizure and my muscles were short and tense. Lyndsey was wonderfully caring and kind and the massage and reiki were wonderful. I felt very held and supported and it was just what I needed. I’ll definitely visit Lyndsey again soon. ❤️
