I love visiting Lyndsey for treatments. The space is so welcoming and I feel relaxed from the moment I step in the door.
Recently had the manual lymphatic drainage on my legs and ankle area. The treatment was very relaxing and my legs felt so much lighter the morning after. Such an enjoyable treatment and a fantastic therapist.

I got a myofascial release treatment today for the first time ever, I usually go for deep tissue, but wanted a change,yet still effective on tension, and this was great. Lynsey talked me through how it worked, how it differed from what I usually get and what to expect. It was so relaxing and I felt relaxed and energised after it. Will definitely get this again.

I had a lovely massage. It had been a long time since I'd reiki but it was a great session. While gentle, the massage was still extremely effective. I'll definitely be back again!
