First time of having crystal / reiki therapy and was really good . Lynsey , was very relaxed and put you at ease straight away . She was also great at explaining how it worked and what to expect . Would deffinetly recommend it 🙂

I have had a sore shoulder for days she made it significantly better. I also slept for 4 hours after it as was deeply relaxed.
