I am a regular customer. First time that the nails are not holding up. Went Friday and one nail fell. Went back Saturday to get it fixed. Again Sunday another one. So went back to get it fixed. No interest from the shop to have it sorted.

Booked a 1 hour pedicure and only got half the time, if that.
My pedicure was very rushed and not done properly, I had to finish it off at home myself, which I think is unacceptable.
