I normally always give 5 stars, but unfortunately on this occasion my nail technician decided to paint my toes first before giving me the pedicure which has meant the quality of the pedicure was not upto usual standard. I definitely would not like it to be this way round again as it usually isn’t. The whole treatment also took much longer than usual, which could be due to how busy they were also.

I booked a 09:30 appointment and I stood outside a closed salon until 09:35. The staff all seemed reluctant to invite me in and begin.
However, once they began I was happy with the service and ultimately happy with my nails.

Even though I had booked an appointment I waited for 10 min to get sat down. One girl then filed my shellac down and put little clip things with the acetone on them to soak off the shellac. I was sat with said soak off for about 20 minutes. Could not feel my fingers towards the end as they clamp down on your fingers quite hard. After what felt like ages I got barked at by another girl who told me to move (including my bag, coat etc) to another chair with everything still on my hands. Needless to say carrying a coat and a bag is slightly tricky with these things on your fingernails.. she did not say a word or even look like she wanted to lift a finger to help me and looked annoyed as I was taking long to get there.. the nails turned out wonky and uneven, she did not keep my shape like I asked (square) but rounded them instead. Honestly, there’s no way I would go back and spend another pound there. But I guess it was cheap..
