They did not ask how I would like my eyebrows shaped and just went into waxing straight away. They used some liquid that smelt like watered down nail polish remover on my eyebrow (even on areas that had been waxed) and this stung. No soothing cream was used. 5 days later and it is still red around one of my brows and there's small itchy bumps which I've never experienced before. It seems that they didn't care about my experience/seemed untrained. Would never go back.
