Unexpected extra charges when i booked the lady blamed me after and to me I need to pay and extra £20 im so dissatisfied as it does not state on treatment well that i have pay extra for white tip.
The prices in store where also cheaper than online then lady said it’s because she has to pay Treatwell 35% which I thought was unprofessional and not my concern! I just wish it was more clear I wouldn’t of wasted my money and went to another store

I always love goingto this salon. The staff are talented and kind and go the extra mile. I am disabled so it's hard to do my right hand, but they are always patient.
