Booked for an allocated time and had to wait 30 minutes before I was seen to. Was then told I booked the wrong treatment with no advice. Upon further inspection they could also give their seats and floor a good deep clean.

I’ve been here 3 times before and I was always happy. This time I felt they tried to rip me off. I came in with a set and asked for a infill and ombré and was told I needed to take off my current set and do a new one which I agree with. Then one technician cut my nails without asking me and after that told me ombré didn’t look good on short nails and I needed extensions (?). I was upset and they put another girl doing my nails. She was lovely and I got 5 pound discount but I won’t be coming back
