Unfortunately, the balayage turned into more of a full hair colour. To make matters worse it went from the requested natural blonde to caramel..i don't typically like to kick up a fuss but I asked if we could fix it and was told no as “when asked if you wanted your hair WHITE you said no” I think the stylist has a lot of potential but learning proper hair lingo in English would help improve customer satisfaction. For now I'll need to visit another salon to fix my hair.
