At the tome of booking - I wanted to attend a lash boutique for safety, security and hygiene. I was not happy with attending a home environment the smell of damp in the room was overwhelming. I had some issues with the booking system as I was not able to make the first appointment. As I was due to go on holiday I did not rebook at the time of cancellation. I was not aware that I had lost my £59 and had to pay another £59 for a new booking. My lashes have shed in less than a week. Not happy!
