“My first session at LX Aesthetics Clinic today for full face and neck CO₂ laser was genuinely outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and reassurance that any nerves I had instantly disappeared. The atmosphere felt calm, elegant, and professional, and I could immediately tell I was in safe hands.
The practitioner was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout the entire treatment. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me often, and made sure I felt comfortable at every stage. Her approach was both attentive and calming, and I really appreciated how easy she was to talk to—it made the whole experience feel much more personal and relaxing.

I couldn't recommend Ruji more! She has such a kind and reassuring nature, like catching up with an old friend, even though we'd just met. The treatment was gentle and relaxing, and Ruji was thorough and attentive, despite having had a busy day. The salon was warm, elegant and very clean. All in all, a great experience and I look forward to my next treatment with Ruji 💕
