I honestly cannot recommend Ruji at LX Aesthetics highly enough.
After having CO₂ laser resurfacing elsewhere just five weeks earlier, I thought I knew what to expect. I couldn't have been more wrong.
I travelled all the way from Central London to Birmingham specifically to see Ruji, and it was worth every single mile. The difference in the quality and thoroughness of the treatment was astonishing. My previous clinic completed my face and neck in around 20 minutes. Ruji spent approximately three and a half hours meticulously treating my face, eyes, neck and hands. That alone tells you everything about the level of care and attention she gives to her patients. She simply does not rush. She is incredibly conscientious, meticulous and takes genuine pride in delivering the very best treatment possible rather than getting people in and out of the clinic.
Throughout the entire appointment she explained every stage of the procedure, continually checked that I was comfortable and made me feel completely at ease. CO₂ laser is not the most comfortable treatment in the world, but her calm manner, patience and professionalism made the whole experience so much easier than I had anticipated.
What impressed me most was just how knowledgeable she is. You can immediately tell that she genuinely understands skin, laser treatments and facial rejuvenation inside out. She happily answered every question I had, gave honest advice and never once made me feel rushed despite the appointment lasting several hours.
It's very rare nowadays to find someone who combines genuine expertise with such warmth, patience and attention to detail. Ruji clearly cares about achieving the best possible results for her clients rather than simply completing another appointment. Every aspect of the treatment felt tailored to me and I left feeling completely confident that I had been treated by someone operating at the highest level.
Having experienced CO₂ laser elsewhere, I now realise just how much variation there is between practitioners. The amount of time, precision and care that Ruji puts into her work is on an entirely different level. If you're considering CO₂ laser resurfacing, I genuinely cannot recommend her highly enough. In fact, after this experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has completely earned my trust and has become my go-to practitioner for aesthetic treatments. Despite living in Central London, I will happily continue travelling to Birmingham because the quality of treatment is simply worth it. I'm already looking forward to returning to try many of the other treatments she offers.
Thank you Ruji, for your professionalism, kindness, patience and obvious passion for what you do. Clinics like LX Aesthetics are rare and practitioners like you are even rarer. Five stars simply don't seem enough!

And since then I don’t have any regrets that I started this journey, the best decision ever . 😍🥰
Ruji is such a great person and so professional in what she does , never felt uncomfortable or had any problems with booking or treatments . If you looking for professional, helpful and amazing treatments salon that it . Honestly it so hard to find good salon now a days but if find good one keep it. 100% I can recommend you this salon and all Ruji work ❤️
Also the results speak for themselves , if you want next summer hairless or looking like the hottest girl / guy BOOK IT with Ruji 🫵🏼🎀🥰

I have been a few times to have the co2 laser because it is such a great experience with Ruji and I am very impressed with the results. Amazing value for money! Ruji makes me feel very welcome and comfortable each time I have been.
