The overall experience was good, with the treatment performed properly and delivering satisfying results. However, there was some initial confusion about the services included (as listed on Treatwell) versus client expectations, though this was clarified just in time and did not affect the outcome. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PRESENCE OF AN UNLEASHED DOG IN THE SALON WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, AS IT CAN CAUSE DISCOMFORT OR ALLERGIES AND UNDERMINES THE EXPECTED HYGIENE.
