The app was easy to use,I booked in a eyebrow wax and tint for the same day appointment, Heather called me very quickly after to advise me that I had not had a dye patch test and needed this for my safety before she could go ahead with the tint, however accommodated me with the waxing instead. welcoming me with a friendly can do attitude, knowledgable and caring . After my wax I had my patch test and everything was fine so next time I can get my tint as well.thanks for looking after me.
