Case of user error here, didn't realise the facial would be with mask on so focussed on all the other areas rather than my main problem area. However that's my own fault and it was probably a good thing as I'm sure I neglect the sides.of my face, neck, forehead. It was a very relaxing treatment and I will be going back, hopefully when masks can be off
