This was my first time having a lash lift & brow colour, so was a bit wary beforehand. Hazel clearly explained the process, understood what I wanted, & put me at ease all prior to me booking the appointment. I had a patch test carried out a few days prior & Hazel went through the process in more detail. The salon is spotless and very welcoming. I felt very relaxed during the whole process, Hazel was very caring and gentle, she is very talented & gave me exactly the finish I requested. Thank you

After some 3 years i took the plunge to go and get my eyebrows reshaped, tinted and my eye lashes tinted, i am so over the moon with them. Hazel was such a lovely person and easy to talk to. I will certainly go back.
