My gel manicure was great, no complaints.
However my lashes are completely destroyed from a bad lash lift. They're in such bad shape and all curled in very awkward directions that it will probably take months for it regrow... The worst part is that it happened a day before I flew away on holidays and there's nothing I can do now...
I'm very upset by this experience because I've been to this salon twice before and my lash lift was amazing.

I had a lovely relaxing aromatherapy massage. Hazel was professional and courteous as she always is. She listened carefully to my explanation of my shoulder issue
and carried out my massage with consideration.
I would definitely return to Luxxe for a massage and future treatments.
