Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t the best. The staff were not entirely friendly on first meeting and they would leave me alone without saying when they’d be back. They also fed their dog in the same room. But the worst thing was the therapist burnt the skin under my eyebrow with the wax and ripped the skin off a spot i had. Following this, the lash lift tint doesn’t last long. They gave me a refund but weren’t too helpful straight away and refused to take responsibility.
