I have been to this salon for beauty treatments before with a different therapist. Their new therapist is wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and was very quick and gentle with the waxing which is definitely what you need! I would definitely recommend going here.

Great location for City works - salon is on Leather Lane so easy for Holborn, St Paul's, Chancery Lane or Farringdon commute. Staff were great and my colour looked fabulous afterwards, I got loads of compliments. The other customers when I was there also all looked really good so it wasn't just me. Treatwell deal with a free treatment was really good value, andn I booked again when I was there and reecived 10% discount for rebooking.
This was my first manicure ever, and it was great! The value for the express manicure was really good and the place was easy to find. It was quick, but that was what I was expecting with the name "express"!

I had a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry at Willow Hair & Beauty. The stylists were really friendly and really took the time to understand what it was that I wanted. I was really pleased with both the highlights and the cut and have since returned to the salon to have a facial, which I would also recommend.
My therapist was lovely - she wasn't supposed to start until 11 but somehow on Treatwell I was allowed to get a 10am appointment so she just started then and there, with no complaints. She was very friendly and lively, and besides giving my fingers and toes the good buff and polished they deserved she also kept me entertained throughout the experience! Will be going back!
