Really had a lovely experience, was looked after and given a great blow dry. Lots of care and attention given. Looked after by lady with Blonde hair (think her name was Emily or Danielle!)

There seems to be a fair bit of staff turnover here, I've had a different beautician almost every time I go! This one was ok, thorough but should really have waxed in smaller strips.

Good service and good value for money. Good selection of colours and the staff were very helpful. Only downside was that it was very hot, but it's a heatwave and we were in a basement so not that surprising.

Emailed twice (I am unable to make calls during the day because of the nature of my work) to make an appointment and didn't receive a reply. I found another service provider who responded to my email within half an hour!
