Nikki made me feel at ease and when the wax didnt take all the hair she bothered to take the tweezers and pull out the ingrown hairs. Really appreciated that, most of the beauticians just leave them there.

Usually one who is a bit nervous about the hairdresser (long hair and a very specific way I like it cut!) but I am absolutely thrilled with the cut I got with Hannah. Friendly and chatty, and a beautiful haircut which I love! And all for a ridiculously good price - I will most certainly be coming back here!
