Im extremely happy with my cut and colour. I have thick long blonde hair and some hair dressers shy away from doing a real style cut. Jen spent 20 minutes cutting it wet then again 20 min when it was dry. She did an amazing job! We have just relocated our office from Mayfair to across the road from this Willow and ill be recommending her to all the woman i work with.

Jen was very attentive and understanding of how I wanted my hair, I'm very happy! The only thing I wasn't keen on was that I felt 'sold' to with products etc but it wasn't really a problem.
