This is the first time I've had a hair cut at Willow and I will without doubt now be a regular customer. Jenn was fantastic from start to finish and gave me probably the best hair but I've had: largely because she actually did what I asked! I have long hair, for which there was no extra charge, adding to the great value for money. I can't recommend enough.

I told the therapist it was my first manicure, so she talked me through everything she was doing and explained all about the necessary nail care, as well as having a nice chat! Really pleased with the treatment, looking forward to seeing how long the shellac lasts.

I was greeted by a new beautician when I went in yesterday and it really was the best wax that I have ever had. It lasted less than 10 minutes, every single hair was removed and it didn't hurt at all. The beautician really knew what she was doing; more so than any other beautician that I have ever encountered before. I definitely recommend.
