Great! She is super fast. Only thing is you need to specify for hot wax, otherwise the strips are standard.

Cold customer service, didn't feel completely welcome. Not all hair was removed and it was as if there was a two strip limit per under under arm.

The salon didn't have a huge nail color selection. I give them points for location (close to my office) and staff (friendly, efficient), so based on those 2, I will likely return.
