Great staff and friendly atmosphere but I had my wax done last Tuesday and it's already noticably started to grow back. I can normally have a wax and it lasts two weeks.

The staff at Willow are excellent! Wafa, specifically was an amazing technician. She's professional and knows her stuff, as the treatment was painless as possible. Thanks again, this has become my regular spot. Will tell friends :)

The place was okay, and treatment was good. It was made a bit too quickly I think, but I guess it's because it was a bit cheap.

The waxing was ok, but she couldn`t use the hotwax as the room was too hot and she explained the wax would not dry, therefor the cosmetician used strips to remove the wax which I dislike as I find them more painful. She explained it to me and she was nice about it and try to make the experience less painful. I will probably not go again because of that, but if you are not bothered by the strips, I do recommend the place and the cosmetician.
