The therapist was attentive, explained what she was doing and why and gave me advice on how to take care of my skin overall. I was very happy with the results and didn't have any redness, irritation or anything like that afterwards (I was quite worried about that since I had never had a facial before). Of course at the end of the therapy she did try to sell me some products but she was not too pressing or annoying. I would go back for another therapy.

Absolutely terrible. All staff are unbelievably rude and abrupt, even the owner. Booked my appointment and was told I would get a hot wax, turned up and was then told by the ruddiest beautician I have ever encountered that she only does strip wax.
After much complaining and the manager ignoring me when I tried to sort this out, Treatwell refunded it.
Avoid this place like the plague !!!!!
My god! What an attitude. This specific staff which will remain nameless but you know who you are should not be there.
