Mostly painless treatment, but not all hairs were waxed off. For the price and location though, it was a relatively good deal.

I had cut and blow-dry with Amy this time and the result was spot as always. I can highly recommend Willow Hair& Beauty, great service and value for money, nice staff and appointments always on time!

Waxing was very mixed - Part was excellent, painless and resulted in no redness, and part was red for days and resulted in peeling. Staff were incredibly friendly and atmosphere was great.

I got a Hollywood wax here. they were very efficient, saw me as soon as I arrived and the wax was good. Good value for money.
