I had a shape and polish. Staff were so lovely but the polish only lasted about 5 hours before chipping! I don't mind as I had been given this as gift but if I had paid, would have been really upset by this!

Quick and efficient waxing appointment. Chatted with the beautician throughout which kept me comfortable. Had a little bit of a wait but I was done before I expected so not too bad!
