I had a Hollywood wax and then a cut and blow dry at Willow and as always both were fantastic. Every member of staff is welcoming and hospitable, not something you find in every salon. Both treatments were brilliant and I left an very happy customer. I would recommend Willow to anyone.

Although we started late, Michelle did a great job! As pain-free as it could've been, very knowledgeable about the technique. Shame they don't do a loyalty card/offer or I'd certainly be back.

I had a Brazilian hot wax, which was a pretty good experience. They used strip wax on the least sensitive top areas, which, whilst not terribly painful, wasn't what I expected when paying for a hot wax. The wax is lasting well and she was very thorough and fairly quick. I really appreciated how she talked me through the procedure before-hand and was respectful and easy to feel relaxed around - which is important when you're not wearing any knickers!
