Little bit abrupt but good. Slightly more painful that normal! Thorough and good value. Would visit again. Strip wax part was fine but hot wax wasn't left to dry for long enough.

Finally I found a hairdresser that's very close to my requirements. I was looking for a loooong time! The only little minor thing was that the hairdresser didn't really shape my hair after the blow dry but other than that perfect.

The waxing was done well but found it very painful so don't think waxing is for me. However would defiantly go back to the salon again because it was lovely and all of the staff where really nice.

Nice ambience and clean venue. Went for a hollywood wax, was done very quick (no where near 30 mins, more like 10/15 mins) but I didnt mind as the overall results was very good. Will help if something is used to clean away the stickiness of the wax when finished.

As always, the service and treatment at Willow was fantastic. I was warmly greeted and then well looked after by the therapist. She did a fantastic job of the Hollywood wax and gave me some very useful tips about after care. I highly recommend.
