Karolina was brilliant, her waxing style is fast and no fuss - in and out - which is exactly what I prefer! Karolina also did my manicure, I usually go for square but asked her what she think would suit my nails best - she recommended rounded and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely return to Willow.
